Don't Wake Sam Privacy Policy

A game for iPhone and iPad

Effective October 28, 2026

In short: the game collects nothing about you. It has no accounts, no advertising, no analytics and no tracking. Everything it uses stays on your device.

What is collected

Nothing. The game sends no usage data, identifiers or crash reports to its developer, and has no server to send them to.

If you test the game through TestFlight, Apple may share crash logs, feedback you choose to send, and your device model and iOS version. That comes from Apple's testing tools, not from the game. See Apple's TestFlight & Privacy.

Motion and touch

To check that you move the phone and not your finger, the game reads the phone's motion sensors and where your finger touches the screen. This happens on your device while you play. It is not stored and never leaves your device.

What stays on your device

Your scores, trophies and settings are saved on your device. Deleting the game removes them.

Game Center

If you are signed in to Game Center, your best distances and trophies are sent to Apple's leaderboards and achievements. Game Center is run by Apple under Apple's Game Center & Privacy policy. You can sign out in the Settings app.

Purchases

Any purchase is handled by Apple through the App Store. The developer never sees your payment details.

Children

The game collects no personal information from anyone, children included.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with a new date.
